Altered dogs live a healthier life and generally have fewer behavioral problems. Dogs sold with "limited registration" are not to be bred at all. Registration papers are mailed out to you the new owner, only after a copy of veterinary report is sent to the breeder/seller stating procedure has been completed.

 7. It is the buyers responsibility to submit the puppy to a veterinarian for a complete health assessment at the buyer's expense within 72 hrs following receipt of puppy, otherwise this full contract/guarantee is void.

 2 YEAR GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

 (LIMITED CKC REGISTRATION)

Your puppy is guaranteed to be sound and healthy at time of sale. If after a veterinary examination, in the unlikely event that your puppy is diagnosed with a debilitating life threatening genetic, and the following conditions are met we will be happy to supply a replacement pup from a different litter, for up to a 2year period from birth.* NO CASH REFUNDS* EXCHANGE ONLY*

1. Supply documentation from 2 certified Veterinary Doctor describing the specific genetic disorder.*

To be confirmed by breeders/sellers vet*

2. Return of the registration documents of the pup involved*

3. Puppies health records showing all required vaccines and checks being completed*

4. The return of the puppy that is to be replaced.*

Replacement is of equal value, same sex, size, and color, and is completely at breeders/sellers discretion and subject to availability.

The breeder/seller is not responsible for any charges incurred when returning a puppy. All vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of death due to congenital defect, an autopsy must be performed and a lab report done to determine cause of death. This is to be done by a licensed veterinarian of breeder's choice. If it is found that the puppy was abused in any way this guarantee is void.

Puppy is completely healthy as known at time of sale and we expect no health problems whatsoever.

Our puppies receive mother's first milk (colostrums) and continue nursing their mother until weaned naturally by their mother. Our puppies are declawed, dewormed, vaccinated, and vet checked by a licensed Veterinarian at age 6-10 weeks of age. We spare no expense to keep our puppies healthy and resistant to diseases, external and internal parasites, viruses, colds, stress-related illness, diarrhea, dehydration, digestive disorders, overfeeding, or misfeeding, and all other non-genetic ailments are not covered by our health guarantee. We do not guarantee or warranty your puppy from injury or death resulting from either mishap or act of God, including drowning, electrocution, chocking, suffocation, and attack from other animals or predators, poisoning, dropping or crushing. We do not reimburse you for veterinary expenses or any other expenses you incur after the puppy leaves our home.

If there are any minor, breed related, treatable, or correctable conditions, we will do our best to inform you before you receive your puppy. These are not covered by the 2 year genetic health guarantee. Also, environmental conditions are not covered. There are too many factors that we have no control over when the puppy leaves our home. If there are any life threatening, non-treatable conditions that your puppy was born with, they will most likely be evident by this time.

There is no guarantee on size, conformation, coat quality, disposition, bite, show quality, breeding quality, hypoglycemia or any other illness that is treatable and not considered life threatening.

Please note as much as we strive to raise healthy pups free of any problems, toy breeds are notorious for loose patella’s;(kneecaps) and retained baby teeth, this is not warranted by the breeder/seller; any and all costs incurred for these expenses will be that of the buyer.

Any procedure performed by a veterinarian that relates to the guarantee of this puppy/dog must be agreed upon by the breeder/seller in writing prior to treatment. There are no exceptions to this condition.

BREEDING RIGHTS

The dog (female) will be bred no earlier than her second heat or when she is 18months old, whichever is later.

The dog (male) will not be bred no earlier than his 1st birthday.

The buyer agrees not to breed the dog more often than twice every three heats.

The buyer agrees to breed only registered dogs of the same breed.

The buyer agrees to sell puppies from the dog as pets on a spay and neuter contracts, unless the seller agrees otherwise.

The buyer agrees to sell puppies at fair market value and not to undercut the prices charged by the seller.

If the buyer fails to provide puppy with proper care, neglects the puppy, or breaks contract all guarantees are voided and seller shall have right to take possession of the puppy/dog without having to return any of the purchase price.

 AIRLINE SHIPPING

Airline shipping is available at the buyer's option and expense. We suggest the safest airlines for this service and with crate and insurance, shipping will usually cost $120.00 to $200.00. We are not responsible for puppies that are shipped by airlines or for Veterinary costs after the puppy is handed over to the airlines. Puppies that are shipped should be immediately examined by your Veterinarian. Because of their small size and young age, they are more susceptible to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) diarrhea and dehydration from the stress of shipping. You should make an appointment as soon as you know the date, and get the puppy examined as soon as possible. We do not handle buyer’s disputes with airlines over puppy shipping, death or injury. Please consult your airline of choice concerning their policies and insurances for shipping pets.

The buyer hereby acknowledges having read the terms of the contract and agrees to its terms.
